The hotel was clean upon arrival. My room had spacious bathrooms. The air conditioning was a real bonus (it was really hot!). The staff were friendly .
The hotel location requires some uphill walking from the tram.

The hotel provided a complimentary upgrade upon arrival, a VERY nice surprise. A selection of fruit and nuts was sent to my room later that evening. I found the detail and cleanliness of this hotel excellent, especially the marble floors. The breakfast included fresh fruit, vegetables, and omelettes.
The reception staff displayed a lack of engagement upon my arrival.

Staff members are friendly AND knowledgeable, always ready to help with any request. One staff member, Seda, ensured my room remained comfortable throughout my stay. Lilya and Emre provided assistance with kindness and efficiency.

i had some issues . the air conditioning in my first room didn't work, and i waited a long time for assistance. even after moving to a second room, the air conditioning was still not working properly. also, i found the male reception staff lacked basic customer service skills (it was quite disappointing).

I found a Turkish restaurant near, it had good prices. The hotel also had a tramway nearby, it offered easy city access. The suite included two big rooms and two bathrooms, very complete with good light. I had a pleasant time at this hotel.
The hotel is a bit far from main tourist spots.

the breakfast variety was great i especially enjoyed the rose jam. the women only facilities were also a plus for me i liked that the room included an iron and ironing board.
the bathroom flush sometimes needed multiple attempts before stopping the water flow completely it was a minor inconvenience.

The gym had ample equipment. I noticed several treadmills and stationary bikes available for use. The breakfast offered a large variety. I found many options to choose from. The staff was kind. They provided assistance when needed.
